Organization:
10 x 20 area. 6 cones, 3 lines. 4 players per group.
Recreated multiple times to work both left and right side.
Instructions:
Player on 1st line takes a touch either left or right, player on middle line moves to open middle lane, player on 3rd line looks to find lane. Defender blocks lane so attacker plays to middle line who then plays to the 3rd line.

defender to attacker on 2nd line
2nd line attacker to 3rd line
3rd line attacker to 1st line
If you wanted to use it as a build out session with your teams to make it functional
1st line is number 1 GK
2nd line is either the number 2 or 3 depending on which side they are working on
3rd line is the number 6
Development repetitions
On the way back down the channel the attacker beats the defender with a scissors
Coaching Points:
Creation of triangle (cues for the movement)
2nd attacker (1, open lane 2, be in position to find the ball)
3rd attacker (find the lane)
Opening out on back foot
Breaking line with 1st touch
Quality of pass (speed and accuracy)
Progressions:
Defender is allowed to defend and win the ball. If the defender wins the ball they go 1 vs 1 with the passing player. The attacking players just need to find the target player.

Coaching Points:
1. Play of the back foot
2. Weight of pass to suck defender in
3. Accuracy of next pass (play of furthest foot to keep away from defender)
Progressions:
On the way down the channel the 2 players combine to beat the defender again

Attackers have to get the ball from one end of the area to the other
Coaching Points:
1st attacker (look to penetrate, if not, then possess)
Weight of pass based on distance to attacker and distances of passing lanes
2nd attacker move to support target player when the ball is passed to the target player
Progressions:
Defender is allowed to defend and win the ball. If the defender wins the ball they go 1 vs 1 with the passing player. The attacking players just need to find the target player.

Score 1 pt for each time they get the ball from one red to another.
