⚽Practice Organization

• Aerobic capacity exercise
• Players execute runs on specific sites on the pitch and for specific ''target'' bouts of time
• The sequence of the runs is accordingly figure zone A to B to C to D
• When a subgroup executes 4 zone runs, proceeds to  whole pitch circular run
• Both 2 Groups are coordinated and guided from their respective Coach  

⚽Key Coaching Points

• The distance from side zone to the other ex. Zone A-B must be between 18-22 seconds
• The distance between 2 diagonal zones ex, Zone C-B must be between 18-24 seconds
• Player by arriving at a zone have to run over every side of the zone before they proceed to the next zone
• Time that all the sides of a zone must be covered must be between 16-22 seconds
• When a subgroup proceeds to whole pitch run, has to run all the pitch between 1:06 - 1:10 minutes
• Expected reps 4-6, whole pitch runs(4 blue figures and whole pitch runs)
• Motivate players during their endeavor
• Each coach is checking the time gaps for every action
