Instructions:1.pirates are all battling to be captain of the ship
2.to do this, they must get from one end of the ship to the other: without getting hit by a soccer ball
3.the cannon balls are fired by the coach
4.Coach yells cannon ballers are you ready? Players respond fire in the hole!
5.Coach then yells pirates are you ready? Players respond with RRRR. Coach then yells cannon ball run!
6.Pirates then run to the other end of the ship.
7.Any pirate that gets hit, becomes a cannon baller and helps shoot cannon balls.
8.Last pirate left is the captain.

Instructions: 1.The group is divided into two teams.
2. Each team chooses their own team name.
3. The players in each team are assigned their own number.
4. When their nunber is called, they run around the tall cone, through the gate and into the area.
5. The coach serves in two balls for each player to shoot at goal.
Coaching Points:-get in line with goal
-lock ankle
-use laces to shoot

Pinnies tied to each goal to mark them
Instructions: 1. The coach splits the group into two teams and asks them to come up with their team name for the Red Bull Cup Shootout.
2. Each team makes a line ready for their turn.
3. The coach then calls out the number of players that go out and play from each team(1=first player in line, 2=1st and 2nd player in line).
4. The game is over when a goal is scored or the ball leaves the area.
5. Players then return to their teams and the coach calls out a new number.

12 players(3 taggers, 9 attackers)
Instructions: 1. Taggers have 30 seconds to catch all players.
2. If the taggers catch a player they must stand with their legs open to make a tunnel and shout for help.
3. To be freed, another player must crawl through their tunnel and out the other side.
