Aim:

Activity:
- 1 v 1
- A passes to B, B passes back to A, B runs around the goal and receives a pass back from A. B looks to dribble and score in the direction they are facing. A then turns and defends the opposition B. If A wins the ball they score in the opposite goal (directional).
- Rotate positions after each go
Scoring:
- Each goal scored is worth 1 goals.
- If the Defender steals the ball and scores it is worth 2 points
Coaching Points:
1. Reinforce previous coaching points.
2.. Balance and strength, be able to hold the defender off the ball
3. Decision making
4. Identify the space and accelerate into it. Use attacking moves.

Activity:
Transition game
- Yellow Team start 2 v 1 and go to goal. Once they Shoot or score. The Defender then goes 1 v 1 with the attack who took the shot.
- Rotate teams every 5 minute.
Scoring:
- Each goal scored is worth 1 goals.
Coaching Points:
1. Reinforce previous coaching points.
2.. Balance and strength, be able to hold the defender off the ball
3. Decision making of when to pass vs dribble in 2 v 1.
4. Isolate players 1 v 1 and beat using explosive moves.

Activity
- See diagram for set-up and equipment
- Players dribble through the middle zone performing different change of direction moves, then turn out to one of the side zones.. In there, they can perform different ball mastery techniques or jungles and finally finish by passing the ball in the net.
- Players are aiming for around 1000 touches.
- Mutiple players can go at a time to create chaos :)
- Players complete 2 rounds of each footskill
Examples of Footskills:
1. Inside / outside both feet
2. Soccer boxes
3. Toe taps
4. Drags - soul rolls
5. Zig-zag dribbling for inside and outside cuts
Progression:
- Place a defender in the side channel. Ones the players reach the side channel they go 1 v 1 to goal.
Coaching Points:
1. Close dribbling in tight areas
2. Accelerate / running with the ball into open spaces
3. Use of both feet and all surfaces of feet
4. Accurate finish into the goal
5. Attack the defender at speed - utilize turns and attacking moves.
