Key Coaching Points

Set Up

- To start with Green Attackers and Grey Defenders D are locked in their own square 1v1

- Practice starts with any of the black outside players playing into any of the 4 Greens and supporting in that square.

- Greens must decide to combine with Black 2v1 or play 1v1 and try and score in the goal he is facing.

- If Grey Defender wins possession he tries to score in mini goals.

- After the first attempt Blacks must work in a sequence.

- Offside applies at the edge of each penatly area.

- Rotate the 3 teams after set time if session focus is broad or players remain if session foucused on Individual Position Specific work.

- Progression 1: Green attackers and Grey Defenders work in pairs across 2 squares and Black then make 3v2 to try and score

- Progression 2: Black players can change the direction of the attack after the first pass.
