Organisation - Ball Manipulation - Each player has a ball each.
Stop / Start - stop the ball dead with sole and push away with opposite foot.
Drag back turn - pull back with right foot push away with left - Check shoulder for space
Accross Body - Drag across front of body with sole of one foot and push further wider with outside of the other foot.
P = Players work in pairs and must try to stop the ball on the flat discs dotted around the area. Once the ball is stopped the ball is given to the other player to have a go.
