Dribbling Lines/Relays:
Players are in teams and the aim is to dribble in and out of the cones to the end cone before coming back and swapping with teammate in the line. Around halfway through change game into a race between teams to see who can complete the course the quickest
Coaching Points: Taking time to do skill rather than rushing, using inside/outside foot, speed and control
Progressions: Make distance between cones smaller so requires more tight turning and control.
Regressions: Remove competition from games

1v1 Lanes:
Players partner up and stand in the lanes standing opposite ends of the lanes. 1 player aims to dribble past their partner who is trying to defend them. If the dribbler goes past the defender and touches their end line its 1 point for them. Defender can score a point by winning the ball. After 5 turns players swap roles.
Coaching Points:
FAST-SLOW-SIDE-LOW Defending, Control in small space
FAST-SLOW-SIDE-LOW = Engage attacker fast, Slow down as youapproach them, stand Side on showing them away from your goal,Low and on toes ready to react both ways
Progression: Change partners to match peoples skill level, make a competition in pairs to see who can get the most points in each role.

Warm Up: Ball Mastery
As players arrive start the session with ball mastery in the area. Players dribble around, when the coach gives out a command they have to do that command such as toe taps, bells, use specific foot, perform a dragback etc.
