Set up as above and work in pairs
Player in possession is 'safe' while he remains within the safe zone - ne is allowed to stay in for 5 seconds as the coach counts down. Encourage the use of feints and trick and turns to deceive the opponent. Once he leaves the safe zone he has to dribble through the end goals. The opponent tries to stop him.

Set up as above:
Attacking player retrieves balls from centre and tires to score 1v1 against each opponent. If attacker score he has the opportunity to try again. If the defender wins the ball he becomes the attacker.

Split the group into 4 equal teams. Play 2 matches simultaneously on same pitch.

In pairs, players shield the ball. Opponent tries to win ball. The objective of the player in possession is to 'look after' the ball - NOT to 'skill' his opponent. Keep the ball as far away from the opponent by adopting a side-on stance. Keep the ball on the safe side. Use arms and wide stance to maximise distance between opponent and ball
