Instructions:
As ball travels to players on 3rd line, the defener on the 2nd line travels to cut of the lane and pressure the attacker. The player on the 3rd line then combines with the player on the 2nd line with a give and go. As the player on the 3rd line gets the ball back this triggers the passing player to now defend. The attacker uses the support player as decoy and takes the ball themself using a scissors move.
Rotation
1st line moves to 2nd line
2nd line line defender becomes 2nd line attacker
2nd line attacker moves to 3rd line
3rd line moves to 1st line
Instructional Points:
The angle and speed and approach of the defender to take away the lane and force the give and go.

Instructions:
Player on the middle line can defend, if they win the ball they look to go 1 vs 1 with the player on the 1st line. They score by dribbling over the end line.

Part 1 - Passing and Receiving
Organization:
6 cones, 3 lines, 1 ball per group
Instructions:
On touch of passing player, 2nd line moves opposite way (open lane), 3rd line moves to find lane. Passing player plays to 2nd line who plays off the back foot (no pressure when ball is passed) and back too the passing player (defender moves as the ball is passed and blocks off lane forward) who plays up the 3rd line.
