Set up:
Two stay back on half way line (+keeper). One makes the triangle and stays as a pivot just outside of the circle. 4 top of the box and one taking the corner.
Organization:
All players group at top of the box except one player to annoy the keeper. This is a decoy. When player shouts a color (any color in example we say Orange) The player on the keeper runs for the short. All but one player runs to the back post from the top of the 18. One runs across 18 for the pass to go to goal.

Set up:
Freekicks anywhere
Organization:
Players are encourged to put the ball down and quickly play a short to an open man anywhere outside of shooting range.
Inside shooting range is as followed:
Always have 2 players on the ball. Set up as if one is looking to play the ball with right and the other with the left.
Right / Left:
Odd number: Direct shot
Even number: Pass / cross

Set up:
Free kicks in wide areas by box. Code for this one is a color (example red)
Organization:
Two players on the ball. The other 5 players lined up in their own wall. A and B run to the ball at the same time. B then breaks down the line and A toe pokes the ball for B to cross to the wall who have broke up and attacked the back post.
*If done on the left of the field B should be a left footed player.

Set Up - Goalkicks (Short):
Goalkeeper takes kick, passes to #4, #5 or #6. Center mid and one center forward look to get open in middle with checks, they scan the field and ask for ball if open, the other center forward gives height.
If going long Keeper calls players in and tell us which player they are aiming for so we can occupy that space

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Set Up - Goal kicks (long):
Goalkeeper takes kick, calls a players name. In this example John is playing the number 7 (Right wing). The back 4 get together in front of the ball. The midfield, wingers and center forward occupy the space where we believe it will land. This is to defender any counter and then if we gain possession then we spread out on next play.

Set Up Throwings:
In the corners of the field 2 players should set up stood next to each other and a third by back post. When 3rd player checks in and shouts for ball the two seperate going opposite ways. The 3rd lays the ball off to the run of the next player. If cover he can turn or pass back to thrower.
Throw ball off the back of one of our players and then deliver cross into the box.
Long throws aimed towards near post for flick on. Finishes run to back post.
Throws from anywhere else on the field should be thrown into space with the taker calling the name (after establishing eye contact with the player).
