Warm Up (15 mins)
This warm up will help your team change the point of attack by central combinations (in back through), as well as switching the ball around the back 3 players.
-Ball starts with #3. Move ball across the back.
-#2 plays ball into the feel of #10, who then lays the ball off to #6
-#6 plays through to the #7.
-Repeat pattern going the other way.
** Everyone follows their pass, except the lay off man**
Coaching Points:
1) Mobility of players on and off the ball (hips to play, check into space, shift with ball movement)
2) Pace of passes and understanding of where ball needs to be played (back foot, into feet, into space)
3) Communication of the switch (CHANGE IT or SWITCH IT)
