3v3 + 3 Rondo (10 mins)

3v3v3:

Players will play 3v3v3 in the space between sideline and edge of box. Quick movements to space. Red team is the neutral team playing with the attackers only. Black and Blue will work with the red team when in possession. After 1:30 switch the neutral team.

Players not involved in possession work on playing long balls and receiving out of the air.

Keepers are warming up at this time.

3v3 + 4 (10 mins)

3v3+4

Rules:

Teams will play 3v3 in the box with 4 players on the outside. The team must combine with an outside player after turnover of possession and before a goal is scored. If team wins the ball and scores without playing an outside player it will be counted as an Own goal.

Players switch with outside player every time they pass to their team on the outside. No defending on from the outside player.

Time:

3 minute games and switch one team out.

Team that is waiting will play long balls.
