Object of the game is for one team to get the ball to the opposite side ‘yellow player’ (playing through), Team in possession can use the yellow outside players.

Looking for energy, be free when playing, if you can beat a man do it.

How many passes? Doesn’t matter however if the yellow player passes straight over to the opposite yellow player this can’t be done straight away again.

Drag players out to make space for your team mate. If you don’t work hard to do that then the space isn’t available.

Can you set, turn and go.

Positioning is so important.

Find the space in behind.

When the yellows have the ball defending players need to find good positions.
