Organization:
- 2 popup nets, 1 ball, 2 agility poles, 2 players 15'x15' areas
- attacking player starts behind the agility poles facing popup goals
- defender carries in & passes to attacker
- as soon as the pass is played they need to track back by going around agility pole
- attacker must have a good first touch & change of pace to counter
- must carry past second set of cones to score
- defender becomes attacker, start again

Topic - Passing & first touch (Advanced)
Working on first touch under pressure
It doesn't become a 1v1 unless your touch is bad
First touch - drive - score (composure)
Organization:
- split field up into 2 grids
- server passes to defender - bounce pass is played
- server passes to attacker
- attacker has an important directional first touch
- defender makes a recovery run as soon as they pass back to server
- attacker must pass green cones before scoring
Key factors & Progressions:
- Scan - attacker should be aware where the defender is to keep them off your back
- If defender closes the space - attacker should get across to cut off defender
- If defender gets goal side - attacker needs to make them move side to side to get them off balance
- Proper body positioning for defending goal side
- Open body shape to receive passes
- Timing of touch & movement
- Decision making
