Reds attack the grey zone, engaging yellow defender. Reds must enter red zone with the ball before breaking off to score.
They then turn and attack the opposite wing. After 4 plays, rotate defenders.
Coaching points:
* Dribble vs pass
* Approach angles
* Setting the trap, keeping onside
Progressions:
* Keeper fires ball into attackers in the grey zone
* Keeper throws lofted pass into grey zone
