Bronco run, Penalty Corners and  Wk 3 Review

A suggested flow for the last session. 

  •  Warm-up (before the start) 
  • Bronco Run – 20 min (depending on the no. of athletes)
  • Penalty Corner Review (split groups into 2)
    • Defensive Penalty Corner Unit (include goalies) – 25 mins
    • Attacking PC Unit – 25 mins
    • Option to have both groups go through the defensive and attacking PC
  • Game scenarios Cont’d – Outletting, press, PCs – 40 mins
