Organisation - Dribble and Shoot
Layout - x4 cones, 1 hurdle
Description - the player will start one their strong side, they will dribble through the cones when they reach the end pass the ball through the hurdle, once they have gone through the hurdle they will shoot on goal, jog to the opposite side where there will cones laid out the same and dribble through the cones again pass through the hurdle and shoot on goal.
Progression - progressing the session on the player will no longer make a pass through the hurdle the coach will stand where the hurdle was the player will make ten passes with the coach and then they will go take a shot on goal. To further progress the session the player will make 5 passes instead of ten passes then they will chip the ball to the coach and then the coach will throw the ball to the players feet and they have to pass the ball to the coach like a volley.

Organisation - Passing
Area - x4 mini goals, x4 cones
Description - The player will be on the penalty spot in the middle of the four mini goals, there will be on each of the goals next to the post two different coloured cones for example: blue cones, red cones and yellow cones. The coach will play the ball into the players feet when the ball is being played the coach will tell the player what goal to pass the ball into such as blue goal or red goal, the player will control the ball and pass the ball into the goal and then be ready to receive the ball again.
Progression - the first progression for the player is when they are controlling he ball they will then instead of using their stronger foot when passing the ball they will use their weaker foot. The second progression the player must use their weaker foot the whole time when they are controlling the ball they have to use their weak foot and then with the pass use their weak foot. The third progression for the player is the ball won't be played on the floor they will be either thrown in the air or the ball will be bounced into the player to further encourage the player to be able to control the ball from any type of pass.
