1v1 Move & Pass
Two players on opposite corners going at the same time. Players perform a 1v1 move around the center mannequin and then pass to the opposite corner player. The waiting corner players begin dribbling as soon as the previous players make their move around mannequin. This is meant to be done at rapid pace and demand players to make a good pass after their 1v1 move.

Pass & Follow Criss-Cross
Players now pass & follow in groups from corner to corner cone. This will create a lot of movement and interference. Players must think about timing & weight of their pass as well as taking a first touch to side to help create a better angle. Receiving players can also make shuffle movements to sides to help create a better passing lane.

Center Square Turning
Setup Square about 12 X 12 yards with a mannequin/pole in the center. This drill is setup for many different variations including turning, feints, 1v1 moves, and passing.
TURNS :
(1) Inside Foot Turn - be specific and instruct players to cut the ball sharp with the inside of the foot and then take an immmediate touch with the outside of the opposite foot to touch away.
