Instructions
Stage 1:
1. Player with ball will pass ball to partner
2. Partner will take a touch to control and pass back with desired surface of the foot
3. make it into a competition pairs vs pairs (make it 1 touch)
Stage 2
1. Player will pass to partner
2. Player will take a touch away from gate then dribble back (they can perform change of direction move if desired)
3. then pass back to parter and reset rotation
4. make it into a competition
Stage 3
1. Pairs will pass to each other 5 times
2. after the 5th pass player in possession must quickly dribble/or pass to another gate/player
3. encourage gamespeed tempo of play
