Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
Practice is set for 10 players. 5 reds and 5 blues. The area size is 25 x30 a Spare soccer balls are available adjacent to the starting point of drills. Players receive bibs on arrival.
Transition from Technical to Skill involves removal of poles. Transition from Skill to SSG involves pulling goals off the endlines. Balls are available next to each group and around the goals.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
1v1 dribbling skill drill. Attacker must make the decision to go through 1 of the 2 gates which the defender has left open. Progression: Attacker must use inside outside with their weak foot. Regression: Defender starts at goal line to give attacker more time to decide which gate to proceed through and/or attacker uses inside outside on favored foot.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Once attacker crosses the final gate near the goal the defender cannot follow in. 2 points for beating your man in 1v1 duel. 1 point for finishing on goal.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
5v5 SSG. 30x25 field. Blues attacking the left hand side gates and reds attacking the right hand side gates
two sets of gates have been placed on each side of the field.
2 points for successful dribles through gates.
Progresion: successful team goes down a man to solve the surplus of 4v6.
Progression: Three points awarded for the player who wins more than 1 1v1 duel in the buildip to dribbling through a gate.
Progression: Three points awarded for a nutmeg
Progression: Four points for any flair skills used succesful in dribbling (Ronaldo chop, maradona, sole roll, scissors, stepover, etc)
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenge: During the small sided game each player makes a dribble through one of the two gates.
Challenge: How many 1v1 duels can you win by dribbling past your marker?
