- Follow the pass

- C retreives ball and goes to the A line

TECHNICAL CIRCUIT10 mins

A does a wall pass with B and shoots it first time.

A continues to coach who plays a ball and A hits it first time.

B goes to shooting line. A gets ball and goes to wall line (put ball back up top)

Progression - after wall pass and A shoots. B makes a run to back of the 18 to shoot.
