Integrated Warm Up: Shooting with SAQ (15 mins)

- C times the run into space and B passes to C
- Follow the pass
- C retreives ball and goes to the A line

A continues to coach who plays a ball and A hits it first time.
B goes to shooting line. A gets ball and goes to wall line (put ball back up top)
Progression - after wall pass and A shoots. B makes a run to back of the 18 to shoot.
