  • Väljak 50x35 m (veerand), väljaku nurkades pesad 3x3 m
  • 2 võistkonda (võistkonnas 8+ mängijat), paaritu arvu puhul üks neutraalne
  • Ülesanne on mängida palli mistahes pesasse ja sealt välja (ümber koonuse), selle eest saab võistkond punkti.
  • Pesasse on võimalik sööta või triblada
  • Pesades tohib olla vaid palli valdava mängija liige, kaitsva võistkonna mängijad pesasse astuda ei tohi
  • Võimalikud progressioonid: puudete arvu vähendamine (3 ja 2 puudet), pall tohib pesasse jõuda vaid sööduga sinna liikuvale mängijale jne.

 40x30 area or as needed


Score by passing a ball to a teammate moving laterally in the 5 yard endzone.

Once a goal is scored, the target plays the ball to the opposing team to attack the other direction


Variation:

  • Play into a target, get it back (player who passed ball or teammate) and dribble into the end zone


Play for time most goals wins or play to a certain amount of goals (ex. 3 goals)

.Search for 1-2's with both inside and wide supports

.Outside bouncers are spare players (3rd team)

.Once a goal happens the outside team comes inside to defend and the team that scored has possession to start

Juego pos 2 (25 mins)

Ejercicio de 6:6 en espacio reducido.

Objetivo disposición de balón: El balón es nuestro, no podemos perderlo.

Objetivo de recuperación: Al perder el balón, recuperar lo antes posible.

Espacios:

Espacio de 14 metros de largo por 10 metros de ancho, zona de medios 4 metros de ancho y zona de finalización 3 metros de ancho.

Objetivos:

Linea de 4 en defensa: cerrar líneas de pase, vasculación según el poseedor del balón y recuperación tras rotura de línea para evitar que el rival anote gol.

Linea de 4 en ataque: jugar a 1 toque moviendo rápido el balón para encontrar una línea de pase a los jugadores que tienen delante.

Linea de 2 en defensa: prestar atención al espacio que deja la línea de medios con los pases por si hay perdida ofrecer rápido línea de pase.

Linea de 2 en ataque: ofrecer constantemente líneas de pase entre la línea de medios y una vez recibe balón jugar pase al compañero de nuestra zona para que marque en la portería contrarea.

Resto CT: El segundo entrenador explica el ejercicio y las intenciones del mismo, esta pendiente de la intensidad del ejercicio.

Primer entrenador : Hace las puntualizaciones individuales a los jugadores, felicita en las acciones.


Aspectos cognitivos del juego, con y sin balón (percepción):

- Medir.

-Decidir.

Posesión del balón (ser los dueños del juego).

Precisión y ritmo en el juego combinativo.

Hacer correr al adversario.
