Phase 2:
Attacker has 2 options:
carries the ball in and "works the baseline" or plays crash ball
*10 rounds starting right hand side
*5 rounds starting left hand side
Technical focus:
Defenders:
must get their distance right so they don't expose feet and give away soft PCS and must channel attacker on to goal keeper.
Correct distance= +- stick length away so that you can intercept any pass from baseline.
must front mark attackers and stay low
Attackers:
must time their leads
stay low
1st time finish at goals
use fake space at 90 or 45 (situation dependant)
Example: start 45 (p - spot) and then call 90 and lead late
Attacker working the baseline can also slow down and "work the baseline" - situation dependant

Goalscoring : Baseline
Orange are attackers (start on orange cones) and Blue are defenders(start on blue cones).
Variation = defenders start in front, attackers start behind
Phase 1:
Ball is played (weighted pass) by blue defender 1 to orange attacker that has made a lead from middle of D to T-Point.
Blue defender 1 immediately runs back to defend.
Variation= Blue defender starts closer
As soon as attacker has received pass on T-point, 2 orange attackers at top D lead into circle and cover crucial areas (90 & far post)
Variation= change starting time of attackers & defenders at Top D
