Warm Up 

They will all be across the line

Time the players and have them count the amount of touches that they get the ball

Challenge them by having them increasing speed

Make sure the increase the number of touches every time

Outside Outside (30 seconds) 3x 

Toe Taps on the ball (30 seconds) x4 

Tic Toc (30 seconds) x4 

Toe Taps twice Tic Toc twice (30 seconds) x4  

Fake shot with roll (10 times left foot then right foot) x3 

Roll inside push outside (30 seconds each foot) x3 

Pull back and push ball outside (12 times each foot) x3 

Pull back and push ball inside (12 times each foot) x3

Coordination (Circuit of 3 minutes then rotate to the right) 

Put players by age and separate them into groups 

Working full speed

Correct them if needed 

Make sure players are moving their arms

Player A will work on the ladders, quick feet with speed

Player B will jump the hurdles feet together (bunny hops) 

Player C will do high knees over the hurdles across 

Player D will be shuffling around the cones

Coordination with ball  (Circuit of 3 minutes then rotate to the right)

We will repeat the exercises  but with a ball 

Player A will work on the ladders, quick feet with speed then dribble the ball to the cone 

Player B will jump the hurdles feet together (bunny hops) then dribble the ball to the cone

Player C will do high knees over the hurdles across then dribble the ball to the cone 

Player D will be DRIBBLING around the cones
