Shooting technique inside the box

Practice 

4 feeders in total, one shooter and a goal keeper. 

The practice will start by the left centre midfielder passing the ball into the the striker who should look to take one touch to set themselves and the next to shoot.

As the striker is about to shoot, the left winger should dribble through the cones, play a pass to the rebound board and produce a first time cross into the box for the striker who should have timed their run into the box to receive the cross. The striker should then repeat the drill on the right side, doing exactly the same with the right centre midfielder and winger. Players rotate after their four shots on goal. 

Physical, technical and tactical

 The physical output will really be stressed by the striker, wingers and goalkeeper as they are doing the most moving. Technical considerations will be the striking of the ball from the striker, wingers and centre midfielders, focusing on different ways to strike the ball. The tactical output will be stressed on the striker to time their run and movement in the box when expecting a cross.
