Use the small field at Strathfield for this.
Unopposed passing but with two teams on one field. Each team is passing to the player waiting between the goals but you can't pass more than half a field at a time.
The player that passes through the cones to the waiting player then moves into the cones and the other player follows their pass into the field.
"See forward to play forward" should be the catchcry
As play progresses a joker can be added (taken from the team with an extra player) and if the joker wins the ball they sub into that team.

First pass is wide
Ball must go to all cones prior to ending up at the top of the diamond and players follow their pass.

Three teams of three.
3v3 plus two end players and a joker
Team with the ball has to get the ball to the joker in the other square then follow the ball and get it to the end player. If they do that then they keep the ball.

Start with a single square. Once numbers get to 6v1 then add a second defender, ie progress to 5v2. Once the numbers get to 10v2 then split into a second square with 2 lots of 5v1, that way new players can join either square.
Once you have defenders setup, look to get defenders to change squares each time they rotate
