Make sure they are moving and they are not flat footed.

Work on:

Hands -left hand at the top, right hand where the grips starts. Index finger pointing down the stick (Left hand)

Feet - Left foot coming foward pointing towards the player you passing to.

Screen 2 (10 mins)

Drill 2

Passing through the beacon 5min

After 2 min - Make it a competition( see who can do the most in a minute then 2 minutes)

Drill 3

Player 1 runs to the beacon and receives a pass from player 2. 1 passes the ball back to 2 and runs back to the line. When Running back make sure the player runs backwards so they can see the ball at all times.

Each player does this for 1 minute.

Drill 4

Passing and shooting drill

A passes to Player B who makes a run to beacon 1(Player B must receive on the run)

B passes to Player C who makes a run to beacon 2

Player C then runs with the ball on the baseline and passes the ball to player D who shoots

Players then follow their Passes
