Functional Practise: Transition from Attack to Defense: Midfield and Defensive Banks
Description: Players are 7v5 n favour of the blues. The ball starts with the back 3 playing 3v2 vs a CF. The ball needs to come into the shaded zone and out to a wide player. When the wide player gets it, they are looking to hit one of the small goals early. As the ball goes in or wide, the wide players come into the shaded zone to create a midfield bank. They take a line and engage at the furthest white line. The back 3 go into a bank and take their line on the nearest red
Coaching Points:
1) Attacking: Minimize touches, maximise pace, get it into the channell early
2) TTD: Organise the bank, get in line and prepare to slide and screen. Protect the shaded zone
3) Defending: Slide and screen. Nearest man engages when ball or player crossess line
4) TTA: Go wide first and break line with a wide player

Warm up - Pre - Activation and Dynamics
Description: Players start on the outside of the circle each wih a small resistance band. Players are looking on the basics of form with the bands and when this is completed, they get some football specific movements in dynamic lines.
Coaching Points:
1) Concentration: Players should be looking to focus and lean
2) Technique: Has to be valued over speed, form is important
