Method:

Wide possession SSG to cross and finish.

All green players in B must get a touch the 5th touch is the timing to run with the ball and get behind the 2 cones and send in a cross for the player from A who should of been aware to whats going on in B and time their run to be in place to connect with the cross and finish on the keeper.


The player who crosses in goes to back of A and the player who receives cross takes place of player in B.


Defenders (3) to be swapped after 5 mins.  10 min drill overall.

Coaching Points:

Angle and position to recieve.

Type and weight of pass.

When to run in behind.

Type of cross.
