Practice were only one keeper

Ball fed into underload in box (simulating a pocket press).  Box 5m by 5 m.  

Blues win ball and transition to attach goal.  Defender from box jumps back.

Can add in more pairs and add in spare etc.

Objective is to get them looking up and make connections with key leads and body shape

Idea is to transition quickly.

If defemse win teh ball get it back to gate on right hand side outlet
