Description: Dealing with crosses from multiple distances and angles.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Regression: Cross ball from stationary position. Bring start position closer to GK.
Progression: As indicated, allow players to follow up and pressure GK. GK to finish play with distribution back to original servers.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Can GK secure ball from cross? Can GK punch ball away into a designated area/direction?
GK must shout KEEPERS or AWAY!
Secure or punch 4 out of 5 crosses.

Description: SSG to encourage crossing, using floaters in red zone area. Floaters cannot be challenged.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Regression: Employ unopposed crosses - players cannot challenge GK within shaded area.
Progression: Floaters must cross ball within 2 touches of receiving it (encouraging crossing from multiple places). OF players must pass to floater within 3 passes form GK, wherever floater is.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
GK to secure as many crosses as possible. Points for each secured cross.
GK cannot pass directly to floater. OF players must pass to floater after 2 passes, wherever the floater is.
Least amount of time form GK to cross wins. Goals scored from crosses wins points.

Warm-up (10 mins)
Description: 3 GKs working in triangle and linear, to prepare for crosses.
1 - cones in triangle, easy handling with varied heights.
2 - cones in linear set-up, to imitate game situation. Rotate middle GK for all to be served from both sides.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Regression: move closer
Progression: move further away; replace throwing with kicking.

Secure each cross and 'look' for early distribution.
