Agility With a 1v1 Move

Player places ball ahead of the hurdles.

The the player does two touch over each cone away from ball and then back to ball.

Then they will do two foot jumps, the run straight through cones turn and run back.

Then they dribble ahead as good pass make a 1 v1 move through the cones

Inside foot cut move, Lunge, scizzor and drag moves

Its starts at 1 and finishes with a shot by 4. Everyone at 1 has a ball

1 passes to 2 who passes to 3 who dribbles for a bit and send a pass in the ally for 4 to go shoot.

Everyone follows their pass.

4 brings ball back to end of line at 1
