Instructions:
1. Players A are partners. They are trying to successfully pass the ball
through the grid without it getting intercepted.
2. Players in the middle can intercept any ball.
If the ball is intercepted, the player that passed the ball switches
with the player that intercepted the ball.
3. Players can move throughout their zone of the grid to try and find
a clear passing lane through to their partner.
Coaching Points:
1. Non-kicking foot placed on the side of the ball pointing at the
target
2. Head up observe target
3. Use inside surface of kicking foot, heel down, toe up
4. Strike through the middle of the ball
5. Follow through the pass to target with passing foot
6. Weight and accuracy of Pass

3 teams of 4- 1 goal or 3 minutes
Team not playing will get a partner and start passing the ball back and forth like the warm up. Count how many passes did they make.
Instructions:
1 defender, 2 midfielders, 1 attacker
Coaching Points:
Look up before passing ball
Inside push pass mentality
Be confident when ball is on your feet
Everytime ball is out restart with goal kicks. Both teams have to be in shape.

4. Aim to middle of ball
5.Follow Through
6. 3 looks: 1st, Look up target, 2nd look at ball, 3rd look target
7. Receive ball with inside and foot forming a V shape
8. Be ready on the toes
9. Positive first touch ( ball out of the feet)
1st look- to make sure that kids know where target is
2nd look- to make sure kids make propper contact with ball
3rd look- to target to make sure kids follow through target
