Waves 2v1/3v2 (Fitness objective) (15 mins)

Waves 2 v 1 and 3 v 2 - 7 v 7 field

Main objective: Fitness - Endurance

Secondary objective: Overlapping

Repetitions: 3 x 4 minutes each with a break of 1 minute in between. 

Will start with 2 v 1 and progress to 2 v 3

Every team will have one attack and one defending situation as the animation shows.

2 Teams of "X" number of players

4 Neutrals

Description


2 Teams competing for the possession in order to progress. 

4 v 4 on one half (1 player travelling to both halves) + 2 neutrals.

Objective: Creating and occupying the space, 3rd man and build-up. 

Rules

1st Round: the team in possession will gain a point if plays from one end zone to the opposite one. 

Players could not play outside to outside in order to progress, we will progress thru the middle. 

Players could not play in the air. 

Mobility allowed for a player from outside to come inside if someone occupies the space outside. 

2nd Round: Rotation between players inside in both halves is allowed + movements to occupy different angles.

3rd Round: Teams could play in the air.

Description

2 teams competing a conditioned game

Objective: Creating and occupying space, build-up and progress by dribbling and passing.

Rules: 

1st Round: Find space to dribble from zone 1 to 2, pass from z.2 to 3 - Overload attacking in zones 2 and 3

2nd Round: Players could pass or dribble from z.1 to 2.

3rd Round:Players could play in the air to progress.
