HYSC SAQ Session 2 This session we will work on the player's ability to Individually Possess the ball at speed
in this session creativity and fearless mentality is key is key allow the player to express them selves when under pressure encourage risks and identify teaching moments to bring out the learning outcomes.
We will focus on the E's of attacking
Entry-first touch/Approach with speed
Execution-quality & selection of move at game speed
Exit-Touch away from defender/observation exceleration
End Product- Pass,Dribble,Shoot
Contained in the session content are many activities to choose from it is you must not try to deliver all activities ,you as the coach to choose the right ones for the groups you are coaching each day on the program based on ability levels

Organization
20x10 channels set up multiple depending on numbers

Instructions
Scenario/Atribute -#10 receiving the ball in deep areas around the edge of the Box driving in with pace and trickery to create space for goal scoring opportunities with a mentality of shoot on site.
Part 1 Repetitions
-players will split up into small groups on opposite sides off the channel
-the players will dribble towards each other perform a move Coaches choice and accelerate to the end rotating to the back of the opposite line,
-once they reach the back of the line the next 2 will go
-have the two groups from both channels race to see who can get all their players through the reps one complete time and back to where they started on the correct side of the grid
- the team who has all players back to their original spot will win 5 points
Part 2 1v1 fully opposed
-players will go 1v1 to goal
-the first player will be a defender protecting the goal
-after the attackers first touch the play is live and the attacker must beat the defender to score for a point
- if the defender steels they will transition through the blue gate the attacker will then become the defender for the next round.

Organisasion
20x30 grid
two end zones
two teams split into groups of 3
attacking team players with a ball each
Intructions
3 v 3 to end zone. A goal is scored by a player dribbling into the endzone
1. 3 balls to begin with (3 1v1's going on at the same time) players must defend only one player for the entire round each round will play for 20 seconds.
2. Progression take away 1 ball and leave 2 balls in play leaving the option of a pass ,but the player scan only use this as support and not to score the y must still dribble to penetrate.
3.If the defenders steel the ball they must transition to score in the opposite end zone
4.final progression have 1 ball in play.

Instructions
scenario/atribute #10 penetrating from angled runs trying to draw the defender out away from goal in order to create gaps of penetration.
-both teams will attack and defend
- team A will have a defender protecting the goal in front of them while the opposite team B will try to attack their goal getting behind the yellow line to score ,defender must start in front of the yellow line.
-once the opposite team B score or the play breaks down they The player from B who was attacking will now make a recovery run and become the defender protecting their goal from the A teams next attacker in line.
-If the defender steels they will transition to the blue box and play will reset allowing the defender to get back in front of their goal before play starts again.
-Gk keepers to rotate they must stay in the end zone and protect the goals if the attcker favors a certain side the keeper must react quick to cover that goal

-Gk's working on cover position behind the defender comunication and reactions.
Progressions
-Play 2v2 to goal #9-#10 ,1 team will protect both goals and the other will be attacking switch roles after 2 minute rounds
-#9 to stay high inline of last defender and check in or run in behind
-#10 to run from deep driving in at angles looking to create room for penetration.

Instructions
Part one
-one player with a ball and a player next to them without
-player with the ball has to excelerate to the opposite endzone while the player without will sprint. see if the player with the ball can beat the player without the ball for a point.
-the two players on the opposite side then repeat the process
Part 2
-player with the ball now will excelerate past the half way point in the channel and play a pass to the opposite side endzone player. they will try to play the pass in to the opposite player befor their partner without the ball gets into the endzone for a point.
-the two players on the opposite side then repeat the process
Part 3
-the player with the ball on the right side will now excelerate with pace then have to maintain their speed while dribbling through the cones after they are through the cones the pass to the opposite player and try to do this before their partner reaches the endzone
-the player without the ball will excelerate dynamically moving through the cones and get to the opposite end zone.
-the two players on the opposite side then repeat the process
After a set amount of time in all activities have the ball start from the left side

-Eceleration on and off the ball
-Maintain consistant speed
-keep the ball close when facing pressure but try to maintain speed
-what touch and serface to use
-Attacking approach
-head up while running with or without the ball
-Angle and line of run
-Running stride with the ball Stride without the ball
-balance when running line changes
