Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): Finishing - receiving - 1v1 to finish - SSG

• Use 1 half of a full-size pitch with a full-size goal and a goalkeeper

• Position a mannequin on either side of the semi-circle on the edge of the penalty area.

• Create 4 stations: 2 “passing stations” 15m away from and facing the mannequins, and 2 “receiver stations” 10m away from the “passing stations” and closer to the goal.

• Position 3 blue players at the right-side “receiver station” and 3 blue players at the left-side “passing station”.

• Position 3 red players at the left-side “receiver station” and 3 red players at the right-side “passing station”

• Passer dribbles slightly to time the run of the shooter.  
• Shooter receives ball either on the outside of mannequin or inside
• take a positive touch and then shoot

passer (side of goal) dribbles slightly passes to attacker (red) as they make a diagonal run to defender (blue)

play 1v1 and finish.

If defender wins the ball attack and shoot

Time the pass - time the run - finish

attacker protect the ball from defender 

Once 1v1 is over blue then starts the sequence over.
