Technical - Timing of movement to receive in a "Y" shape (one-two + give-go) 12 mins
ORGANIZATION
Minimum 8 players , up to 16 players, balls, cones, mannequins or poles.

INSTRUCTION DETAILS
Activity initiates from the Player B, running through the ladder, and receive the pass from Player A, and Pass it back to him (player A), (one-two combination).As soon player B receives the combination pass and pass it back to player A, he (Player B), will spin out, and position himself diagonally from player C, that also will play a give-go combination to receive the pass back from player B, and immediately play the pass to player D, that will dribble back to initiate the activity, this time making combinations on the opposite side.

LARGE SIDED POSITIONAL AND DIRECTIONAL BUILD-UP WITH RECEIVING GKs - 15 mins (OPPOSED)

FUNCTION DETAILS
Set up an area as on the above diagram, Play initiates from the Gks, that will deliver the ball to the Gk from the opposite side, that will initiate the Build up. The team in possession aim to play possession DIRECTIONAL GAME
, to the opposite GK, if they succeed they keep the ball going to the opposite direction.
VARIATION
Once the team in possession succeed playing the ball to the GK, the opposing team will initiate the game.

TACTICAL THREE ZONE GAME WITH TWO PHASES - 10 mins

INSTRUCTION DETAILS
Build up from the GK to aim to play the CBs, to play the ball into ZONE 2 trough ZONE 3, and pass it to the GK, to complete PHASE 1.
PHASE 2 - the aim remains the same (play trough to ZONE 3, however the Build will initiate from ZONE 2.

ORGANIZATION

PRACTICE INFORMATION
DURATION: 12 MINS / REPS: 16 / SETS: 4X10,20,30/
INSTRUCTION DETAILS
Set up 4 channels on 30 x 10 yards each. Place two mannequins at 10 yards from each other, and three to four players at each channel.
CHANNEL 1
Activity will initiate with the first player dribbling to the first mannequin and turn, and pass the ball to the next player on line, that will perform the same, as well the remaining players from this channel.
Each player will go four times, than rotate to the next channel.
CHANNEL 2
Activity initiates with the first player dribbling to the first mannequin and stop the ball there, run up to the 2nd mannequin and back to the ball, pass the ball to the next player on line and sprint to the end of the line.
CHANNEL 3
First player initiates the dribbling to the first mannequin and pass the ball back, run up to the second mannequin and run back to the end of the line at his starting position.
CHANNEL 4
First player dribbles the ball and stops it between the two mannequins, and runs up to the end of his channel and back to the ball, passing it to the next player on line.
Players will rotate to the next channel after each player from each channel complete the skills.
