1. GK1 throws the ball to Green outlet.
2. GK1 moves to a better passing lane and asks for the ball back from Green oulet
3. Green Outlet plays the ball back to GK1
3. GK 1 then creates a new passing lane to the and chips ball to Yellow GK2.
4. Restart from the opposite side and let GK2 do the same dril
5. After 2 minutes, Green becomes Yellow and Yellow becomes Green players.
6. Switch again but using the opposite foot to pass and create space.
