4v2 rondos - one player must play as a middle man and look to
find a pocket to break a line/press - if he does it successfully,
attacking team can score in any of the small goals. If defending
team win the ball back theycan score or dribble outside quickly
(T2A)
Coaching points:
ball speed - ball played inside needs to be fast to break that line
of pressure
how quick can we get it inside & get it back out to score?
Options on the ball - always moving

4/5v2 rondo to begin, aim is to keep controlled possession & look to transfer the ball over to team 2 without hitting the mannequins in the middle zone.
Progress to allowing player from opposite team to drop into middle zone and receive on half turn between mannequins and play forward into his team mates.
Coaching points:
angles especially when transferring - mannequins are defenders - can we find pockets/space to receive from transferring team?
Body shape - can we play on the half turn to beat the press and play forward? (be brave)
Communication - when is the right moment to turn and play forward?
