Set Up: Set up as shown with 2 SQ boxes, slalom poles and 4 cone slalom dribble course. Place 4 balls in 1 box were player starts. Player dribbles 1 ball at a time through the course & place a ball in opposite box.
Player will then sprint back through course without a ball & keep repeating until all balls are placed into other box.
Progressions: Place 4 balls in each box & transfer to other boxes.
Place target goals into each box to shoot into after completing course.

Set Up: Big goal, 2 small goals opposite mannequin middle, Coach next to large goal with ball. Players starts between target goals with balls.
Player dribbles to mannequin, skill & finish in large goal, they will spin away from mannequin create angle, receive back foot & shoot into 1 target goal. Move back to mannequin create different angle & shoot into 2nd target goal. Keep repeating until all balls completed.
Progressions
Play 1-2 around mannequin & finish in all goals.
Key Points: Dribbling, skills, 1st touch, finising.

Set up: 3 mannequins 20 yrds facing the goal 5 yrds apart, 2 gates either side of the goal, players working in 1 gate, other player/coach serving at other side gate.
Format: 1) Player dribbles to 1st mannequin turns inside & shoots, 2) they then sprint to meet the servers pass for their 2nd shot. 3) After this finish they sprint around 3rd mannequin take the ball pass central mannequin & shoots at goal. They then sprint back to the start to repeat the process until all set balls have been completed.
Key Points: Running with ball, skills, shooting, speed and endurance.

Set up: 2 hurdles, 1 large cone, 2 target goals, 1 ball
1) Player moves sideways over hurdles playing passes to coach x 6 times.
2) Player moves sideways over hurdles x 4 then receives back foot & dribbles out to cone turns & plays back to coach repeat moving other way & dribble out.
3) Same as 2 but instead of playing into coach pass into target goal.
4) Same as 3 but play wall pass with coach through hurdles & into target goal.
Key Points: Pass & Move, awareness & body shape to receive, control & movement of ball, ball striking.
