Description

⚽Practice Organization

• Players are separated into 2 subgroups
• The goal of each team is to keep the ball in the air and try to move as a whole around or till the stick 
• Players are allowed to use only head or legs - no thigh
• The team that drives the ball till their respective stick and back 3 times wins
• If the ball lands on the ground the team must collect it and run back as fast as possible in order to start over again

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Both teams must try to execute many passes- headers(no kick and run motif)
• We emphasize on augmenting the competitiveness of both teams
• Let the players have fun
• No hand balls are allowed
• Let the players cheat a little, it increases the fun(try to control level of the fascination)
