Organization:
- Players begin in 2 lines (L).
- 10 yards by 16 yards
- Maximum 6 players per group, ball/player.
Instructions:
- Players dribble at blue cones
- Perform given technique on cone (Scissor, Inside Scissor)
- Go to end of next line, prepare to go opposite way down.
- Play for given amount of time, switch directions to work on opposite foot.

Instructions:
4 minute games. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie. Team on longest comes off.
Have to be inside of box to score.

Organization:
Tag warm up. As shown.
First player to 10 points wins.
Instructions:
Attackers and defenders play 1 v 1. Player starting on blue line is attacker. Attacker attempts to get across the space without gettting tagged by their opponent. Tagger scores 1 point if they manage to tag the defender. Same goes for attacker. Swap sides when finished 1 v1.
Coaching Points:
1. Show players how to give themselves 2 options to beat defender.
2. How do I commit the defender?
3. Speed of defender and how that effects my decision making.
