Organization:

Instructions:
On command, the attackers dribble around the nearest cone and shoot at the closest goal. As soon as the attacker moves, the goalkeeper sprints around the nearest cone before defending the goal. A point is awarded for each goal and save.
Coaching Points:
Pre-Action:
- Mentality (forward thinking, ruthless)
- Angle and distance of preparation touch
- Lift head to assess space in goal
- Adjust feet in relation to ball
- Assess position GK
- Selection of shot (driven vs. inside/curled)
Action:
- Distance of standing foot from ball
- Contact surface of kicking foot (first knuckle of big toe)
- Contact surface of ball (lower front)
- Head down and eyes on ball
- Arms out for balance
Post-Action:
- Follow kicking leg through towards target
- Use momentum to step through the ball
Progressions:
- Increase shooting distance from goal

Organization:

Instructions:
On command, the attackers score as many goals as possible before the time stops. The timer stops when the opposition players on the outside have dribbled the ball around the cones twice and returned to their starting positions. Goals can only be scored inside the shooting zones. After each shot, the first attacker collects their team's ball and returns it back to the line for the second attacker.
