Use cones to mark your grid, based on number of players and size. Use additional cones to create a "moat" in the center, maybe 8-10 yards wide.
Divide players into 2 teams and have each team on either side of the moat.
The idea is to keep your part of the field "Clean", meaning there are no balls on your side.
Send the balls to the other side with a shot/strike across the moat.
Only the coach is allowed inside the "moat"
Play each round for a set amount of time. Then redistribute balls and repeat.

Divide the players into 2 groups, half the players are mosquitos, and they each have a ball to dribble. The other half are campers and they do not have a ball.
The mosquitos chase after the campers while dribbling and try to strike their ball to hit the campers below the knee.
If a camper is "stung" (hit by the ball) they become a mosquito and the mosquito becomes a camper.
Play for a set amount of time.

Play a small sided scrimmage, based on numbers. However have the goals set about 6-8 yards out of bounds so that players have to shoot no matter what.
