Ball mastery tight cones
1- box touches around 1 cone - push with right, drag with right, pull back with left, toe tap pass to right foot, repeat - then the other way
2- behind the box cones
toe tap right to left, touch on your left takes you slightly forward beyond the back box cone, then drag bag with opposite foot so right foot, then on the same drag bring ball to centre adn stop it with same foot. then toe tap left to right etc.
3 - using two cones in a vertical line
so sort of box dribbling but you're workign forwards in a box and then backwards
So toe tap left to right, right touch takes you slighty forward, ball roll to left foot, then drag back on left toe tap pass to right drag back on right, repeat then change direction, can add in more cones to make it longer
4 using the 2 front cones horizontally moving side to sid
start outside the cones, right toe tap to left (bringing you central to the middle cones) left foot touch forward into the centre of the cones, right foot ball roll outise the cones, left foot drag back, left foot toe tap to right etc.

12 - inside/outside (both feet)
13 - outside dribble doible tap
14 - drag stop
15 - drag stop stepover
16 - Drag stop into V (right foot then left)
16 - The L
17- Drag, Drag into L
18- drag over sharp stop with outside of same foot. (Number 26 of second video, fake pass)
19 Drag over sharp stop into V snap
18- Little inside touch little ousdie touch (right then left foot)
19 then both together - so outside right inside right outside left inside left etc.
20 - ball roll into heel chop - start with roll on right foot chop back on left then switch feet (number 38 second vid)
