Reds v Yellows most goals wins
If Reds can win the ball back in the Yellow teams half and score within 6 seconds they get 2 goals
If Yellows can score playing through their AM they get 2 goals

Distances from each team-mate when out of possession
Look for triggers when to press and set the trap to win the ball BACK
Red DM must look to restrict Yellow AM getting the ball

Defending from the Front with a Front 3 + Midfield 3
Organisation
Red Team (Coached Team) - Front 3 (LW, CF & RW)
Yellow Team - GK, Back 4 (RB,CB,CB & LB), 2 x DM, AM (Target Man)
Working to the half way line. Ball starts with Yellow Target man who plays the ball through to the GK for the function to start.
The GK then looks to play the ball out through the back with the objective to get the ball to the target man.
Red team look to win the ball back and score a goal
Conditions/Challenges/Targets
Both Yellow and Red Teams to start in match specific postions as if the ball was live with the target man to start.
Yellows look to play the Target man who can move anywhere within there dedictaed box, if successful they get 1 point.
Reds look to win the ball back by setting traps and pressing, if they win the ball they have 6 seconds to score a goal.
Key Technical/Tactical Points (Red Team)
Distances and Angles to shut off passes and press the ball
CF must start inbetween CB's and show the GK to one of them then press the ball and at the same time cutting off the pass back to the other CB
The nearest Winger should then get tight to their opposing FB
Opposite Winger needs to then take up a postion inbetween the other CB and FB to cut out the Big Switch of Play
The 2 AM's get close to the Opposing DM's and make them play back towards there own goal
DM comes across to screen the pass to the Target man
