Speed - MaxV:
The goal of this is to sprint 40 yards hitting top end speed
Accumulation of high intensity sprinting over time will increase an athletes speed as well as give us an anaerobic response.
2-3 sets of 4-6 reps with a 2 minute rest in between each set
Rest is a walk back
Coaching Points:
- Accelerate until you hit top speed
- Gradually let the body rise
- Torso should start to get tall
- Hold the sprint speed

1v1s to Goal:
1. Defending player will play a diagonal ball to an attacker
2. Attacker will take defender on a 1v1 to goal
3. Create aa chance to Goal
4. After the play is done, both athletes must sprint to back to their lines
5. They may rest when they get back
Coaching Points:
- Attacker: Go at the defender with speed, don't slow down, be simple, pick a corner to shoot
- Defender: Stay low, don't dive in, let the attacker make a mistake, listen to your goalie

3v2s to Goal:
1. Defending Team will play attacking team
2. Attacker team will take defender team on a 3v2 to goal
3. After the play is done, both teams must sprint to back to their lines
4. They may rest when they get back
Coaching Points:
- Attacker: Go at the defender team with speed, don't slow down, move the ball, switch the point of attack, create width
- Defender: Stay low, don't dive in, let the attacker team make a mistake, listen to your goalie, stay connected, don't let yourself spread, stay compacted

5v4s to Goal:
1. Defending Team will play attacking team
2. Attacker team will take defender team on a 5v4 to goal

1. Possession Style Game Towards Goal
2. Replicate the Final third build up
3. The team that was scored on must immediately sprint to tother side of the field and back
