MOVEMENT : players to get in sets of three / player A starts with the ball with player B to make fakes and runs from left to right to get open behind player C (defender) / emphasize on Player B making fake runs and comunicating to the direction they would like the ball played / when player B receives the ball then player A makes the runs and communication / rotate player C out of the middle as the drill progresses.

small sided game : full gym / players to use the principles of the session for each team to have one attacker in each end / the other players are to play the ball up to the attacker but he must receive it by making a run or fake run behind the defender
make the end zones 10yrds out
play with goalies
attacker can play the ball out back to teammates (game situation)

warm up - 10 minutes / all players light jog with a ball, changing direction. players to use step-overs / fakes and cuts as they warm up / objective is to keep close control while performing manouvers whilst keeping head up to avoid other players
