Conditioned game:
12 players including two goalkeepers.
Two neutral zones for neutral wide players.
5V5 including GKs with neutral players playing for either side.
Wingers must cross the ball into the box and try and get down the line in as few touches as possible whilst still be in control of the ball.
Can score however they would like but extra goals will be given for the ball going out to the wing and then coming back in for a goal.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progression:
One defender is allowed into the neutral wing area to contest the winger.
Regression:
Winger is allowed as many touches as they like and don't have to get the ball straight into the box. Can also play backwards if they are more comfortable with that.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Wingers try to get the ball into the box with the fewest amount of touches possible.
Neutral area for wingers so that they have time to think about their run and the ball they are going to play.
The aim of the game is to try and score a goal through a cross into the box.
